Refund policy

This policy explains how refunds work for UK Car Check digital reports.

Digital report access

UK Car Check reports are digital content. When you purchase a report, the report is normally unlocked and made available immediately after payment.

When we may refund

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the paid report
  • A duplicate payment was taken for the same report
  • A technical fault prevented the report from being generated
  • We decide a refund is appropriate after reviewing your support request

When we may refuse a refund

  • The report was successfully delivered and viewed
  • You entered the wrong registration
  • You changed your mind after accessing the digital report
  • You disagree with the report because the MOT history was cleaner or less detailed than expected

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the vehicle registration, the email address used at checkout and a short explanation of the issue.

Processing refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
